DriveOffGrid shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, injury, loss, damage, traffic violation or other consequence arising from a participant’s operation of their vehicle, including failure to follow safety instructions or driving in an unsafe manner, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
